A consultation has been launched into plans to amend the East Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) integration scheme.
Views are being sought on plans to bring Social Work Children’s Services and Criminal Justice Services into the HSCP, which is already responsible for Adult and Social Care Services, which were previously run by East Dunbartonshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
It was agreed earlier this year that NHS Community Children’s Services would also be included in the HSCP.
The Council and Health Board are legally required to consult on changing the services that make up the Partnership, which is set out in a document called an Integration Scheme.
A draft revised Integration Scheme for East Dunbartonshire has now been prepared and you can read this by visiting http://bit.ly/1spgrZg
